Learn how giving away your pop-up camper can be simple, fast and truly worthwhile. You’ll see how your camper can provide vital assistance to people in your community while saving you time, eliminating repair expenses and offering tax advantages. The entire process is smooth and stress-free, with complimentary towing and no paperwork headaches. You’ll also discover which other types of vehicles are accepted for donation besides campers. Read on to find out how your unused camper can create real change and become a meaningful contribution to your neighbors in need.
A pop-up camper is the perfect vehicle for camping. It’s lighter than a trailer and easier for you to tow, giving you both portability and convenience.
Like all vehicles, though, it needs regular maintenance and checkups to stay in top shape. You wouldn’t want a wheel suddenly coming off during your next trip!
Unfortunately, repairs aren’t cheap, and some parts cost a lot to replace. If your beloved camper is starting to drain your wallet, it’s time for you to think about letting it go.
How Does My Old Camper Create Hope for Those Who Need It?
Instead of dealing with the hassle of selling your camper on your own, hand it over to us at Goodwill Car Donations through our pop-up camper donations program. Selling a worn-out camper yourself isn’t easy. You’d need to spend a lot just to make it look sellable, plus time and money advertising to find a buyer.
Donating it to Goodwill Car Donations is the easiest way for you to get rid of it while helping your disadvantaged neighbors. Your camper donation can show them the way to a brighter future!
We’ll auction off your vehicle and turn over the proceeds to the Goodwill organizations in your area. These nonprofits help disadvantaged individuals by offering job and skills training, career opportunities, vocational and educational services, internship programs, financial support, livelihood assistance and other essential community-building support services.
Your pop-up camper donation will surely go a long way in helping Goodwill serve more people in your community who are dealing with disabilities and other challenges.
Am I Rewarded for Donating?
When you partner with us at Goodwill, you won’t just help less fortunate people in your community. You’ll help yourself, too! You’ll enjoy your fair share of benefits when you take part in our pop-up camper donations program. It’s truly a win-win solution for you!

However, we require donors to present their vehicles’ titles or proof of ownership. That’s why we can’t accept vehicles that have been abandoned or stolen. If you’ve lost your camper’s title, call us and one of our title experts will help you get a duplicate copy quickly.

Can I Donate a Pop-up Trailer That Isn’t Running?
Yes, you can absolutely donate a pop-up trailer even if it’s no longer in working condition. At Goodwill Car Donations, we accept trailers regardless of their state, whether they have mechanical issues, cosmetic damage or don’t run at all. Your non-running pop-up trailer can still generate funding for programs that help individuals in your community. Simply let us know its condition when you schedule your donation so we can arrange the appropriate towing service at no cost to you.
What Paperwork Do I Need, Like Title or Lien Release, to Donate My Pop-up Trailer?
To donate your pop-up trailer, you’ll generally need to provide the vehicle’s title as proof of ownership. If there is a lien on the trailer, a lien release document is also required. These documents ensure a smooth transfer of ownership and help us process your donation efficiently.
If you’ve lost your title, don’t worry. Contact us and one of our title specialists can guide you through obtaining a duplicate title in your state.
Do I Have to Be Present When My Pop-up Trailer Is Towed Away?
No, you do not have to be physically present when your pop-up trailer is picked up. We can arrange for an unattended pickup as long as you let us know in advance and ensure that we have access to the trailer and any required documents. This option makes the donation process even more convenient for you.
