What Is the Process for Donating Buses?

Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Get in touch with us.
Call us or complete our online form. Share a few details about your buses, and we’ll arrange a convenient pickup schedule.
Step 2: Prepare for pickup.
On collection day, remove company materials and have proof of ownership ready. We’ll give you a towing receipt for each bus, which allows you to cancel its registration and insurance.
Step 3: Receive your tax-deductible receipts.
We’ll auction your buses and, within weeks, mail you 100% tax-deductible receipts so your company can claim significant deductions during the next tax season.
