Types of Vehicles to Donate
You will probably be surprised at the range of vehicles you are able to donate through the Goodwill Manasota Car Donation Program.
Not only can you donate your car or truck, but also recreational vehicles, landscaping vehicles, motorcycles and more. Check your home to see if you have any of these vehicles that are collecting dust and taking valuable space, and think about whether you would like to donate them.
Your kind donation will support training and work placement programs for disadvantaged people, and give you a tax deduction.
The Goodwill Manasota Car Donation Program Accepts Most Vehicles
Feel free to donate one or more of the following vehicles to us:
Cars: luxury, compact, wagon, hybrid and an array of other types
SUVs: compact to full size, crossover
Trucks: pickup, panel, box and many more
Motorcycles: touring, scooter, cruiser and a range of other varieties
Vans: passenger, cargo, minivan
ATVs: three- and four-wheelers
Boats: fishing boats, sailboats, speedboats and more
Planes: private small planes that are not commercial models
Small Extra Vehicles: jet skis, riding lawn mowers, electric wheelchairs, etc.
Large Extra Vehicles: buses, campers, RVs, campervans, bus conversions and more
Of course, this list is not exhaustive of all the vehicles we have taken and will accept as part of our car donation program. If you have something different from what you see on this list, go ahead and give us a call and we’ll be happy to answer any questions.
What About the Vehicle’s Condition?
The condition of the vehicle is not a deal breaker for donation.
If you have a working vehicle that you no longer need, we are happy to take your donation and put the profits of the sale toward our services for disadvantaged people.
Does your vehicle have a dead battery or other problems that prevent it from being driven? That’s not a problem because we can tow the vehicle and sell it as is.
The value from every running or non-running vehicle adds up and helps support our community programs.
Ready to Donate Your Vehicle?
Are you in possession of any of the types of vehicles we mentioned, or even something else? If so, you have the option to donate it to Goodwill Car Donation.
This is a great opportunity to clear space without going through the hassles of repairing your vehicle, trading it in, or selling it. At the same time, you will support work programs that help disadvantaged community members in your area.
Take the next step by calling 866-233-8586 or getting in touch through our online form to set up your donation pickup time.
