Once we hear from you, we’ll schedule a free pickup at a time that’s convenient for you. We’ll auction your vehicle and use the proceeds to make a difference in Charlotte. A few days after pickup, we’ll mail you a tax receipt.

Can I Donate If My Vehicle Doesn’t Run or Failed an Emissions Test?

Do I Need To Be Present When My Vehicle Is Picked Up?

Some people may want to be present during the pickup, and others may not. This is all up to you. We’ve done many car pickups where the owner is away; we’ve even picked up donations from repair shops or places of work. What If I Lost My Title or My Car Has a Lien?

If you’ve lost your title, all you need to do is call our Title department at (866) 233-8586 to speak to an agent. They can help you get a new copy of your title. If your car has a lien, you’ll typically need to get a lien release. For questions about that process, feel free to contact us at (866) 233-8586. We’ll help you out anyway we can.  

What Are the Vehicles We Accept?
