  1. Contact us.

There are two ways to reach us. You can either call us directly at 866-233-8586 or fill out our online donation form. We’ll need to obtain a few basic details regarding the vehicle you’re offering to donate, as well as your personal contact information. We’ll be calling you back to make arrangements for your vehicle’s free towing, and of course, it’s up to you to decide when and where we can collect your donation.

  1. We tow your car for free.

We’ll coordinate with a licensed towing company to haul your car away on the designated date at no cost to you. A tow receipt, which releases you from any liability on your car, will be issued to you. You’ll need this receipt to cancel your vehicle’s DMV registration and insurance coverage.

In case you can’t be around at the time of the towing, just inform us about this ahead of time so we can give you additional instructions.

  1. Receive your tax-deductible receipt.

Once we get hold of your vehicle, we’ll sell it in one of the top auction houses in our network. Within 30 days following its sale, we’ll mail to you your 100% tax-deductible sales receipt. You’ll need this receipt to claim your tax deduction when you file your itemized federal income tax return in the next tax season.
